No change in the laws of war and rules of just war in the pursuit of Conversion as terrorism

I. Jus ad bellum (Laws of war)
II. Jus in bello (Rules of just war)

In Joseph Allen, War: A Primer for Christians (Dallas: Southern Methodist University Press), 2001, six elements are identified for 'The just war framework' as the way to reason a violent act:

Just cause;
Proper authority;
Right intention;
Reasonable prospect of success;
Proportionality;
Last resort

Thus, proselytizers have no compunction, no qualms, no ethics in continuing to indulge in violent acts of conversion.

http://www.worldevangelicals.org/pdf/1106Christian_Witness_in_a_Multi-Religious_World.pdf This document issued in June 2011 is titled "Christian Witness in a multi-religious world' and lists recommendations for conduct. This is a handbook for the consortium of proselytizers, formalized by the participants of the third (inter-Christian) consultation who met in Bangkok, Thailand, from 25-28, January 2011.

It begins with a war-cry: "Mission belongs to the very being of the church." Defining a basis for Christian witness, the document goes on to assert: "Jesus Christ is the supreme witness (cf. John 18:37). Christian witness is always a shring in his witness, which takes the form of proclamation of the kingdom, service to neighbour and the total gift of self even if that act of giving leads to the cross...Christians affirm that while it is their responsibility to witness to Christ, conversion is ultimately the work of the Holy Spirit (cf. John 16: 7-9; Acts 10:44-47). They recognize that the Spirit blows where the Spirit wills in ways over which no human being has control (cf. John 3:8)."

This document is a restatement of the jus ad bellum and jus in bello and the mission to proclaim the kingdom has NOT been given up. There is NO recognition and acknowledgement that conversion is violence, conversion is terrorism, and international efforts of the Church in the new war for souls, that is conversion, is international terrorism.

The document also does not disown Bishop of Verden's call for actions when the existence of the Church is threatened: "When the existence of the Church is threatened, she is released from the commandments of morality with unity (of the Church) as the end; the use of every means is sanctified, even cunning, treachery, violence, simony, prison, death for all order is for the sake of community and the individual must be sacrificed to the common good" - Bishop of Verden, AD 1411. (cf. Darkness at Noon by Arthur Koestler, Time Reading Program, 1941, Macmilan Co. Page 77).

So, the proselytizers' document of June 2011 is a camouflage, which continues the acts of conversion.

'Nobody can rule guiltlessly' said Saint-Just. Not even those who consider themselves rulers in the kingdom of the mission.

What are the chances that the mission for dominus jesus (Kingdom of Jesus) will ever be given up? Proof of the pudding is in the eating. Will the legatees of the colonial loot prove their just intent by returning the loot?
